SUNFOO has a professional shipping department in charge of collecting the latest freight rates from different shipping ports. We have our own shipping agent that will handle the different shipping routes with different shipping companies. We also provide the air/ express shipping to the urgent cargo. 

Generally, shipping freights are based on the number of packages, total gross weight,  package volume, and destination port. We will package your goods in the strong export cartons. Your order will be sent through the most affordable carrier, unless you specify otherwise. 

SUNFOO offers 18-month warranty for the products from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, During the warranty period, if the product has quality problems caused by non-human factors, you can enjoy free return or exchange services. 

Please kindly note that we shall be irresponsible for a breach in any of the warranties in this condition that you make any further use of such products after reporting a defect, or the defect arises because of customer’s wrong operation, or you alter or repair the products without our prior written consent. 

Usually, samples are charged, but please rest assured, the sample fee will be deducted from your future bulk orders. In addition, our company develops tens of new products every year, and we will provide some free samples to our VIP customers.
